Consumer Reports’ ShopSmart magazine surveyed 1000 women about their snacking habits, here are the results.
Most of you, women, snack between breakfast and lunch, between lunch and dinner and than after dinner. 53% say snacking helps them keep from gaining weight. 94% say they snack when they are not hungry. Here are the top snacks:

Only 24% said they can’t resist chocolate.
