Your decisions today, both big and small, determine the direction your life will take tomorrow. – Craig Groeschel
Paul prayed for you and I, if your a Christian. His request to god was for God to “strengthened (you) with all power according to [God’s] glorious might. God’s desired you to have endurance and patience surround by joy and thanks giving to Abba Father” – Idea from Colossians 1:11-12.
We’re called to a life of endurance empowered by Christ, and accompanied by joyful thanksgiving. Endurance requires patience, because reward for today’s right choices will come, but it may be months or years from now, or not until we leave this world. Those who drum their fingers waiting for the microwave to finish demonstrate that patient endurance doesn’t come naturally. Excerpts from Desiring God.
