Your feelings are quite often a direct result of your thoughts. The difference between a guilt-ridden Christian and a light-hearted and joyful Christian is often what you believe about one simple thing… what they are thinking about. Guess who’s thinking about the sin, the guilt and the past? Now guess who’s thinking about how they have been washed clean and they are a new person in Christ Jesus?
Thoughts Have Power:

Today’s Good News
“For as high as the heavens are above the earth,
so great is his love for those who fear him;
as far as the east is from the west,
so far has he removed our transgressions from us.”
Psalm 103:11-12 (NIV)
If you’re God’s child, you don’t have to search for help. Help has come to you in the person, presence, power and grace of Jesus. – Paul David Tripp
“Finally arrive at the point in your life where, the power of God is stronger than anything else.” ~ Al Ross
You’ll find you have weak spots, we all do. Some areas of inconsistency in your character are opportunities for you to see Jesus face to face. If you’re like me, you’ll find need of His guidance. He wants to take you from strength to strength; from glory to glory.
Ephesians 3:20 tells you … “He wants to do above and beyond ALL that you could ever ask or think.” Remember an important point. It’s according to His work within you. You must allow Christ to work in you for Him to do great things through you.
