Good Morning Friends

“Good Morning! I hope your day is as positive as you are. Life is getting up an hour early to live an hour more.” – Unknown

The time just before dawn contains the most energy of all hours of the day. This has helped me become an early riser and an early doer…. When I wake to see that it’s light out already, I feel the world has started without me.”

There’s Something Good Always

Every day may not be good, but there’s something good in every day.” – Alice Morse Earle

Find a trusted friend that you can call for advice. It’s amazing how your friend is able to share a bit wisdom … and it’s is just the help you needed. You’re whole spirit rises to a new level. Then it hit me how blessed I am, to have such incredible friends in my life.

So it’s really true … every day may not be awesome, but there is something awesome to appreciate in every day including the friend who helped by listening!

Daylight Savings Time Starts Sunday

On Sunday, March 10, at 2 am, daylight saving time begins. We’ll set our clocks forward one hour. Yes you lose an hour of sleep.

The change will push sunsets later into the evening hours and sunrises later into the morning hours. The cost is that “springing forward” will temporarily disrupt the sleep of millions of Americans.

The big idea is to shift the number of daylight hours we get into the evening. So if the sun sets at 8 pm instead of 7 pm, we’d presumably spend less time with the lights on in our homes at night, saving electricity.
