Power Thoughts

I found these an d could not resist. Have a great weekend! (Al)

  1. The rhythm of the weekend, with its birth, its planned gaieties, and its announced end, followed the rhythm of life and was a substitute for it.”  ~ F. Scott Fitzgerald
  2. Your hair may be brushed, but your mind’s untidy.
You’ve had about seven hours of sleep since Friday.
No wonder you feel that lost sensation.
You’re sunk from a riot of relaxation.” ~ Ogden Nash
  3. Give a man a fish and he has food for a day; teach him how to fish and you can get rid of him for the entire weekend.”  ~Zenna Scha

  3. Wipes – Don’t leave home without them lots of sticky messy things to enjoy.
  4. Set a budget tell kids ahead of time what you can and cannot do.
  5. If you have special needs or don’t like big crowds tonight and Sunday after church better times to attend.

Weekend Box Office…  Bob reviews “Moneyball” the new movie with Brad Pitt… if it had not been for the language it would have received a perfect score… Bob gave it 3 out of 5 for family friendliness.  On a brighter note “Dolphin Tale” the movie based on a true story of an injured dolphin and a boy got a perfect score for family friendliness and a Kleenex warning for happy tears!
