Where to Find Hope

You’re singing to your favorite songs when a car passes by, you glance and you get that look like, “Are you really having that much fun?”

Life can pull and tug at you, but you can know where to the songs you need to FIND HOPE? A Hope that doesn’t disappoint?  Good Friends in the Morning at KSWP reminds you of Romans 5:5 “And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.”

How do you keep the peace during the Holidays?

At the Ross’s house… If the conversation is about Family, Food, Fun or Friendly, it’s on the table during our get together!

If it’s anything that causes a family fight, politics included, it’s off the table!

Firework Safety

I used to love fireworks but now I’m a dog owner and OLD LOL.  Fireworks keep me awake and freak out my dogs but why ruin every ones fun – be safe – be courteous 🙂 You would not want to celebrate the 4th of July in the Emergency Room!

  1. Follow the rules of your county and neighborhood.
  2. Never re-light a firework that does not go off.
  3. Keep water handy
  4. Do not let children handle fireworks
  5. Do not point fireworks in the direction of a person or building
